CARE Coaching

CARE Coaching is a ministry of Overflow Church that provides intentional, one-on-one support for a season of life. Through a structured journey of up to eight sessions, your coach will help you gain clarity, grow in your relationship with Christ, navigate challenges with wisdom, and move forward with practical encouragement and hope.

Our CARE coaches are members of the Overflow family who have been carefully selected, trained, and equipped to provide compassionate, Christ-centered support. While coaching offers meaningful spiritual encouragement and practical guidance, it is not professional mental health counseling or clinical therapy. If concerns arise that would be better served through professional counseling or another specialized resource, your coach will help you connect with the appropriate next step.

CARE Coaching was born from a simple biblical conviction: no one should have to walk through life’s struggles alone.

Scripture teaches that the Church is one body, and every member has a role in caring for one another. CARE Coaching is one way we live out that calling by equipping mature believers to intentionally walk alongside others through life’s challenges.

By training and supporting CARE coaches, we cultivate a culture where care is personal, relational, and readily available. Instead of feeling overlooked or waiting until a crisis develops, people have someone who can consistently walk beside them through an entire season of life.

This approach strengthens our entire church family. Individuals receive focused support, practical encouragement, and a safe place to process life’s challenges. CARE coaches grow in the gifts God has given them as they serve others. Together, we become the kind of church where every person is known, cared for, and reminded that they never have to walk alone.
